This is the matcha behind every cup we make at Honey Veil.

Sourced from a single farm in the Honyama mountains of Shizuoka, Japan — shade-grown for three weeks before harvest, at low temperature to preserve its vivid color, natural sweetness, and full umami flavor. Single-origin. Small batch.

Best for
Lattes, and fine culinary use

How to prepare
Sift 2–3g into a bowl. Add 60–80ml water at 75°C. Whisk in a W motion until frothy. For lattes, use 3–4g with steamed milk.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening.

12 months unopened · Use within 6–8 weeks once opened
